Share Bookmarks with Other users

Bookmarks can either be  Private or Public.

Private bookmarks are created by users and can only be accessed or used by the creator.
Public bookmarks can be accessed by all users within a specific document.

Using Ajax or IE plugin, bookmarks can be created from the top bar.

In order to make a bookmark public or accessible to other users, the option “Share Bookmark
with Other users” must be selected while creating your bookmark.

If the option “Share Bookmark with Other Users” is disable, follow the following steps:

From Qlikview Desktop:

1) Open your .qvw document.
2) Go to Settings -> Document Properties and click on the Server tab.
3) Select the options “Allow Server Bookmarks” and “Allow Server Objects.

From Qlikview Management Console:

1) Go to System -> Setup adn click on the Qlikview server on the left pane. Then navigate
to the “Documents” tab and select the options “Allow Server Objects”
